The last couple of months have been swirling with all kinds of excitement here at the Classic Home. We've been visiting friends, going on awesome field trips and playing together. The
following pictures may give you an idea of the fun we've been having...

On a cold day in February, Scarlett, Not So Classic, the Original Classic Papa and I ventured to the Pennsylvania State Museum in Harrisburg. It was fun, and free. Scarlett got to "meet" one of her
heroes: William Penn.

Not So Classic also met a hero...

At the beginning of March, Scarlett, Not So Classic and I went on another field trip to the Benjamin Franklin Institute in Philadelphia to see the Narnia exhibit.

I couldn't take any pictures during the exhibit, but I did take one of Scarlett and the huge human heart.

And one of her with this huge picture of Ben Franklin.

th birthday was in March and we started it off with a trip to Lancaster County for his free breakfast.
Bubba was kept occupied for like twenty minutes with this oh-so-healthy sprinkled doughnut. He picked off each sprinkle and then started putting things in
the hole. It's food and a toy. How grand!

That's his "I'm eating
something that Mommy never gives me" face. Yep. Twenty minutes of peace.
I have to tell you that I'm having a blast with this whole Mom thing. I'm so thankful that, for this season, I get to be home with these marvelous kids and serve my amazing husband. It's cool, very very cool.

First of all I love, love the Ben Franklin Institute. My family would regularly head in to Philly on weekends. Is the Narnia thing still going on? Got to love the heart. I can still hear it beating. :) Secondly love, love Shady Maple. Scott has not been there yet so maybe we will have to take a trip out there soon. With three boys we will definitely get our money's worth now.
Thirdly, I love your amazing wonderful family!!!!!
Bubba's "snuffle nose" smile is one that Fire used to give me...if that's any indication of his personality, you've got a live wire on your hands. Fire, my live wire, has been a huge blessing to me and many others with his upbeat, energetic and alive personality. YOU ARE BLESSED!!! :)
Doughnuts ROCK! Healthy or not - they are in a food group all to themselves. :)
You guys are great...
Love the pics. Especially love the happy donut face. Mmmmm. And he's a cutie too.
But girl, I'm passing a new rule. You cannot head to the greater Philadelphia region without advance notice to The Gang. Period. Can NOT do it. I say so.
Oh, I love the Franklin Institute! I used to go there when I was a kid. I remember the heart vividly. Love the picture of your little one with the donut. Adorable!
Looks like you all had a GREAT time! And ummmmm....donuts! YUM!
